Applying Press-on Nails

• Should I use the nail tabs or glue to apply my nails?

It depends on how long you intend to wear the nails. 

The nail tabs are great for temporary wear and can last for severa; hours. 

Nail glue can last between 5-7 days or even longer depending on your application method. 

Hint: Combine both nail tabs and nail glue to get the longest wear out of your press-ons lasting up to 2 weeks (depending on lifestyle). 

• Why do my nails pop off?

Your press-on nail application is not correct. This is one of the main reason why people do not like to wear press-ons. While we do not know the way you applied them here are some tips.

1. Do not get them wet for more than 4 hours after initial application. We recommend applying the nails at night before you go to sleep.                                
2. You are wearing the wrong size press-on. To avoid this problem we recommend purchasing a sample sizing kit (see below) or buying a full 20 piece set. Kween Instant is not responsible for incorrect nail sizes if you decide to use the sizing chart method.                                                
3. You are applying too little adhesive. If you have too little glue on your nail bed, the nails will not have the proper adhesion and will pop off.                                      
4. Your nails are not dehydrated. Press-ons will pop off if there is any  oil or dirt on your natural nails. Make sure you wash your hands, buff your nails thoroughly (to remove the shine) and dehydrate your nails with rubbing alcohol.

• Can I use super glue to apply my nails?

We DO NOT  recommend using super glue or strong adhesives on nails.

• Why should I purchase a sizing sample kit?

Our sample sizing kits are an easy way to measure your nails without the hassle of a tape measure. Your sizes is permanently stored in our system and is a one-time purchase. 

• Why do I need a different sizing kit for each shape?

Different fit differently on certain nail beds due to shape and curvature. may be a one size in a coffin but a different size in a square. To avoid this potential problem we recommend to purchase the sample sizing kit for all interested nail shapes.

• Can I request extra nails?

Yes! You can contact us if you lose a nail or want back up nails. There will be a small fee added to your total.

• How do I request a custom set that is not on your website?
